Great fresh cooked hot donuts. Tastes like a beach vacation. Stick with the classics like peanut butter cup and OC Sand, key lime pie was just ok.

We love Fractured Prune! It's a family tradition to get a dozen each time we visit the beach. Make sure you bring cash - no credit cards accepted.

Good donuts, but didn't really live up to the hype. Guess we are just a bit too accustomed to our local favorites---Lerch's. Worth a trip, just for the variety.

Donuts were yummy but the service was fair. I was very upset by the way one of the employees was treating another employee. I will not return because of that.

I thought this was going to be a novelty donut shop where the individuality is what you were paying for. Turns out the donuts themselves are very good! I'd eat them without any toppings!

Fresh and hot! I love the donuts from this place. They always have creative flavors to choose from. OC sand is my favorite , tried the maple bacon this time—-A+My only drawback at this location is that it is cash only. If you’re not prepared for that you have to use the atm in the store and of course pay the atm fee..

Bring cash, but they do have an ATM. Please don't hold up the line, you're not buying a new car... Just go with your gut and order some doughnuts! If all else fails, just order. Mix of OC sand, Ms.prunella, morning buzz and the carnival. Or do like I do and try to work through the menu. You won't be disappointed

There might be a better doughnut shop in this world, but I don't know what it is if it exists! Loved the chocolate covered strawberry donut, but the peanut butter cup is my favorite!

Best donuts I ever had. It is a bit long of a wait but it is definitely worth it. It is sort of understandable, because they want to serve it to you fresh. You can also customize a donut of your own with many unique glazes and toppings.

Drove 35 minutes to eat here as a first time-er. We arrive and are informed they only take cash (a strong indicator of cheating on their taxes). Don’t have cash. They were rude and told a bold faced lie that they are cash only because they don’t have an internet signal. Catch up with the times Fractured Prune and stop cheating on your taxes.

Very disappointed. They were short staffed and didn't tell us until after we paid to use the ATM. We ended up having to get a refund for our breakfast sandwiches because they said they didn't have enough people to make them. They decided this after we paid. The lady in the back making the donuts was clearly sick and blowing her nose around the food. The donuts were good, but the overall experience was horrible. Cash only was super inconvenient as well. We were there vacationing and don't have any desire to go back.

Best donuts in OC no doubt

Every time we head to Delaware we eat at the Fractured Prune. We love the donuts and the different varieties. The only problem was there was one donut that was under cooked. If you never tried the Fractured Prune you must give it a try!

A lot of flavors to choose from! There are so many good combos you can pick and all of them are served HOT! It's a great little place, friendly people and of course awesome donuts!
